Running a car club shouldn't require a degree in project management. But for most clubs, it looks something like this:
- Event planning scattered across spreadsheets, Google Docs, and email threads
- Member lists in three different places — none of them current
- Sponsor relationships tracked in someone's head (or a napkin)
- Group chats that bury important announcements under memes
- No way to see if your club is actually growing or just treading water
